Wordless Wednesday: shadows on the field

We recently went to explore a section of the Coquet we’d seen on the map but not visited before. It was a typical July day of high humidity and summer clouds. Lovely views down to the river and across to Holystone and Sharperton with Agrimony in swaths on the river bank.
The weather on Tuesday gave us a wonderful late afternoon sky on our monthly visit to the Lincolnshire coast. Today was much more overcast though it suited the rather dilapidated beach huts. Fujifilm X-T20 | Fujinon 35mm f2
We always like to get out on Boxing Day though this year was not a great day weather wise, but there were some interesting clouds. All the photos are taken with my Christmas presents, a Helios 44-2 58mm on the Olympus Em10ii and a SMC Pentax 28mm on the Panasonic Lumix G80.
We had a wonderful holiday in May in the East Neuk of Fife, staying in the village of St Monans. One of the features is the old seawater bathing pool, now disused. A follow on from the "Monochrome" post, same camera same lenses. The Northumberland countryside looks great in either format.
It's been a lovely October here in Northumberland with little rain and fantastic skies. I'm about to change cameras so these are some of the last photos taken with my trusty Nikon D3300.
